An economical option with tracking that provides good rates for packages up to 2kg, takes a bit more time to arrive.

The expected delivery time in work days:

  • EU countries: 2-5 days
  • US: 7-15 days
  • Other countries: 10-20 days

In our experience these are the exception:

  • CANADA: packages are successfully delivered but the tracking number does not work and delivery can take up to 30 days
  • BRAZIL:   packages are successfully delivered but sometimes the delivery can take up to 30 days
  • UNITED ARAB EMIRATES: packages are shipped through Switzerland which means the delivery can take up to 30 days
  • JAPAN: packages are successfully delivered in 5-10 business days


Very fast and efficient, but also a bit more expensive option. Expected delivery time is 4 days or less to anywhere in the world.

Be aware that all DHL packages are subjected to your local customs regulations.

Please, have in mind that these are estimated delivery times from our experience. Sometimes delivery takes longer for different reasons so we can't guarantee that all packages will be delivered in proposed time frame - we aren't able to control the shipping once the package is taken sent.
Despite this we will be more than happy to help you with any issue that may arise during the transport.


With the exception of standard letter envelopes, all of our packages are trackable. Tracking number isn't automatically generated so we usually send it to our customers via email a day after the order was shipped. In case of no tracking number received please contact us.

Order not delivered

If your order has not been delivered in expected delivery time or your tracking number doesn't work, please CALL YOUR POST OFFICE and ask them about the package (use tracking number as reference) and CONTACT US at 
We will proceed with official inquiry at our post office and do our best to resolve the issue.

Official inquiries can take up to a month to resolve. In case the order was lost during delivery, a replacement order will be sent but only after the official inquiry is resolved. This is a measure that protects us against fraud.
In some cases, depending on the situation and personal agreement with the customer, the replacement order can be sent sooner.


Polenar Tactical d.o.o. guarantees the quality of products with supplier or manufacturer warranty. Guarantee is valid in conjunction with supplied invoice. In case of malfunctions resulting from incorrect use, negligence or mechanical damage, warranty is void. Warranty claims are also null in case of visible signs of modification by an unauthorized third party, incorrect use or negligent behaviour. According to the Consumer Protection Act the customer has the right to notify the supplier (via telephone, email or mail in which case date of drop-off is relevant for the notification deadline) of contract cancellation within 14 days of receipt if not satisfied with ordered products, without having to state reasons for doing so. Products must be returned no later than 30 days after the cancellation of the contract, unused and undamaged, except when damage was not caused by the customer. The only expense incurred by the consumer when returning products is the direct shipping cost. The purchase price for the returned products will be wired to the customer's bank account or be left available in store credit for successive orders. The funds will be returned no later than 15 days after receiving the returned products.

IMPORTANT instructions for all returns:

Items that you are returning should be unused, undamaged and in it's original packaging.

Returned items should be sent in a new bubbled envelope with your address in top left corner - this should be done to avoid any unnecessary inconveniences with delivery of returned items. Ship it with the possibility of tracking

When filling out customs declaration the total value should not exceed 19€, this is to avoid unnecessary import customs costs. 

We do NOT cover the cost of shipping that customer may have when sending the items back to us.
